Meet our founders. Aline and Denis, with their experience as consultants and their passion for recruitment, are the driving force of our company.
Aline has extensive multidisciplinary experience in clinical, marketing, event, sales among the pharmaceutical & healthcare sectors. This allow her understanding the reality of the field and the different needs of stakeholders and employees of different departments.
Holding a master in Biomedical Sciences at ULB (2006), her consulting experience has been built since 2007 through projects for several major international companies where cross contacts with the different essential departments were required.
On the top of that, she launched her own import activity as Medical supplier distributor since 2013, where she gives products access to the Belgian market. Moving is in her skin, sport is fact of Aline’s daily life.
Denis has significant international experience in Consultancy and Artificial Intelligence since 1999.
Graduated from the Solvay Business School as Business Engineer and holding several complementary certifications (Master in taxation, Certified European Business Analyst and certification including in Artificial Intelligence from MIT), he grew in global Advisor firms until 2016 when DB Consulting has been incorporated.
He is used to direct major corporate Business and IT programs where sourcing has been a leading success factor, e.g. in the financial services sector.
Denis is also a fan of sport and accomplished several Ironmans on the top of being Ironman certified coach.
