Functional Analyst

Your Main Responsibilities

Prepare a migration and integration of developments specific to SAP and SuccessFactors solutions.
Analysis of the existing functionalities as well as data schemas in order to prepare the analysis work, starting from the 'as is' whilst keeping in mind the desire to integrate it into the SAP standard.
Take inventory of the existing functionalities of current specific applications
Model and write functional files relating to application analyses;
Lead, facilitate and document meetings with the various stakeholders (developer, end-users, local management);
Estimate the impacts and risks linked to the decommissioning of existing applications (historical data, functionalities, etc.)

Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing and transitioning to an SAP environment as a functional analyst
Excellent analytical skills
2 years of experience for the realization of such transition
Detailed functional analyzes of data migration to SAP
Detailed functional analyzes of specific developments
Facilities in finding consensus and solutions
Excellent active listening skills, analysis and decision-making abilities
Analysis methods and languages: BPMN
Project management methodological framework
Office tools (Power Point, Word, etc.)
Able to establish a relationship of trust with all stakeholders
Able to master various contents very quickly
Able to develop detailed functional specifications
Understanding of technological issues
Team spirit
Writing skills
Expertise in the HR field is a plus
Expertise in the SAP and SuccessFactors field is an asset
