Marketing Officer

Your Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure alignment and compliance.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and partners.
Manage the marketing budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
