PMO

Your Main Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and processes, while identifying processes and methodologies that need to evolve
Support, prepare and facilitate leadership meetings with agenda, minutes, pre-reads (i.e. updates, deep dives and decisions)
Maintain strategic alignment in community, including alignment local PMO teams, on e.g. strategy light, IT organization thinking, etc.
Overall PMO ownership of PMO processes • Support for financials tracking • Create and maintain integrated roadmap
Prepare and support budgeting and approval process
Manage resources allocation to projects for resource managers
Collecting department achievements
Ensure close alignment with roadmaps and identify opportunities for sharing and scaling on a global level
Ensure close alignment between business and technology on priorities and ensure the deliverables are embedded in portfolios
Translate strategic priorities into actionable deliverables and support the team leads through thought leadership and problem-solving

Relevant degree such as Bachelor's or University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business/Administration, Finance, Education, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems
Several years of experience as a PMO
Expertise within IT, Insurance
Experience in a large/complex environment is a must
Any licenses or certifications required: Prince II, PMP, PMI, PMO, PM, PPM, ITIL, PMFP, DXC, CAPM, CSM
Fluent with MS Office suite and IT systems
Living in Brussels area or neighborhood
French, English and Dutch speaking
